Managing pages in Google Docs is quite easy, but with a large number, managing is more and can be more difficult. For example, with a document with many pages, manually deleting a page will take a lot of your time. Below are some ways to delete a page in Google Docs with extremely simple operations.
Since documents on Google Docs don't have page view by default, users need to switch to page view first to see what content is on which page, and then proceed to delete the page.
Step 1:
In the Docs mobile interface, click on the 3-dot icon and activate Page Layout.
Step 2:
Next, click on Page Setup below and uncheck No Page . As a result, we will see each page with a border below so you can easily confirm the content in a Docs page.
If you want to delete any content or page , just highlight the content and press the delete key .
Delete Google Docs Page with Page Break
If a Docs document has multiple page breaks, it can also cause the content to span more pages than intended.
First we also press the 3 dots icon then turn off No Page and turn on Print Layout .
A page break is an unnecessary space between two pages. If there is one, tap once to place the cursor at the beginning of the content on the next page, then press the delete key to push the content on the next page up.
